what is rap? because i cant find any music in it?
ok all I’m saying is, Rap fans hate Metal, yet Metal band have GUITAR and BASS and DRUMS or in other words guys with Talent! what talent could you possibly need to rap, i ask this every day and i either get some dipshit answer like “you need a band” (retard…) the only excuse i can find is “they can rhyme” well heres some news, so could doctor seuss so that makes you no better than him!
so all I’m asking is what Talent do you need to rap? i play guitar and listen to everything BUT Rap or Hiphop because it sucks, and obsessive rap fanatics, you think ur so tough with guns and pimps, well us metal heads use knives, swords, axes, guillotines, and fire and you know your afraid of us, you call us freaks because we have talent and your Jealous, thats about it because rappers are just talentless @sses that think they are cool but truly lead pathetic lives

I can find just as much if not more poetic devices on my favourite rap albums than you can find in any band you listen to. – Show me a metal song that uses internal rhyme, assonance, onamatoepia, personification, Alliteration and does it without screaming. Oh wait, You cant. – Cause’ thats not what the genre is acclaimed for.
If i wanted to be ignorant, I could say metal drumming is bass pedal whorage and snare rudiments repeated as hard as possible, I could say the vocals are incoherent screaming, I could also say that metal guitar is lame 5th chord riffs and hammering of BASIC scales and modes so quickly that “metal heads” like you can’t even pick up on. – But thats pointless. What is it with Metal fans and competitions?. Its music, NOT SPORTS.
No one thinks you’re freaks, A lot of you just come across funny because you say things like “we use fire” and are constantly looking for non-existent beef with other genres.
As far as talent goes. Timing,Knowledge of theory,Composition knowledge,Understanding of musical technology. But you probably spend too much time with “Knives” and “swords” to know what i’m talking about.
You wouldn’t go to an italian restaurant to tell the head chef you hate lasagne. So don’t come here to talk on **** you know nothing about.
Most rap artists perform with a live band anyway and considering the musical theory elements of hip hop come from stuff like Jazz ,Swing,Funk(Easily technically/Rhythmically superior to metal – Thus its easier to drum/Play guitar metal than Jazz) – Your argument fails.
